YEREVAN. – International community and the co-chairing states of the OSCE Minsk Group are concerned over Azerbaijan's armament, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian told reporters at Sardarapat Memorial.

“This worried the international community and the three co-chairing states which always call to take appropriate steps to strengthen the ceasefire, withdraw snipers and establis an appropriate mechanism which will focus on the investigation of incidents,” Nalbandian said.

As regards proposals for the return of the territories surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Armenian FM advised to consider five statements made ​​by the heads of the three co-chairing states of the OSCE Minsk Group.
