YEREVAN. – The opposition Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP) of Armenia will start consultations with parliamentary and extra-parliamentary political forces and the civil society, and to form a single political agenda around electoral reforms.

RLP has issued a statement with such content.

“Transitioning to a 100-percent proportional [election] system and the OSCE/ODIHR conclusions with respect to the recent electoral processes [in Armenia] make it a vital importance to develop a document that will be acceptable for the main players of the [country’s] social and political domain, and it will ensure the conduct of free, competitive, and transparent elections [in Armenia],” the RLP statement also reads.
