Russian minister said Azerbaijan's integration in Eurasian Economic Union or Customs Union is a topic for discussion just as other ways of integration.

“All forms of integration are being discussed and are open. There are no barriers. I think Azerbaijan's participation in the agreements would be logical,” said Aleksey Ulyukayev, Minister of Economic Development.

He recalled that Azerbaijan has a free trade regime within CIS, but the country can move forward.

“Eurasian Economic Union is not simply a free market. Services, investments, labor force, are taken into account, which means business is protected,” he added.
