YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.49/$1 in Armenia on Monday, and this makes for an AMD 0.21 rise from the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 562.47 (down by AMD 0.09), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.85 (down by AMD 0.04), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 692.64 (down by AMD 1.02), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 16,624.16, AMD 252.59, and AMD 19,462.43, respectively.

Monday’s trading totaled USD 2.7 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, and the American national currency was asked and offered at AMD 414/$1 and AMD 415/$1, correspondingly.
