STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire, on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 700 times from June 1 to 7.

During this time, more than 6,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.

The Defense Army vanguard units, however, primarily remained committed to the ceasefire agreement and resorted to response operations solely when absolutely necessary, the NKR MOD press service informed.
