Armenian analyst Richard Giragosian said Azerbaijan noted its vulnerability to pipeline reliance and warned of terrorist threat to pipelines. 

Giragorsian, Director of Armenia-based Regional Studies Center, shared his conclusions on Twitter after participation in the second day of NATO PA Rose-Roth Seminar that is held in Baku. 

During the conference, the analyst said he realized that without Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijani diplomacy and security would falter, as it is limited to one-issue based strategy.

Richard Giragosian is participating in the seminar along with the head of Armenian delegation to NATO PA Koryun Nahapetyan and MP Tevan Poghosyan.
