The Union of Armenians of Ukraine (UAU) and the Ukrainian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church are organizing events in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Ukraine, AnalitikaUA.net reported. 

At the UAU conference, Union Chairman Vilen Shatvoryan noted that the Armenians have always defended the land where they live. 

“Our nation has built and created for centuries, and its proof are the numerous historical monuments in Ukraine.

“And today, when our country [Ukraine] is going through hard times, we do—without unnecessary words—everything that depends on us to protect the interests of Ukraine. Our forebears have done so, and we likewise do so,” Shatvoryan specifically said.
