YEREVAN. – A 12-year-old boy injured in Armenia's Tavush Region by Azerbaijani fire underwent a surgery on Monday, surgeon Edik Grigoryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Armen Brutanyan, a resident of border village of Paravaqar, is in the hospital of Berd.

“He suffered tendon injuries. The boy underwent a surgery, and there is no problem now,” the physician said.

 Armenia's border villages have been targeted by Azerbaijan during the recent days.
