YEREVAN. – The council of Russia's State Duma refused to submit for the debate a statement on genocide in Ukraine's south-east, the leader of Just Russia party said.

Sergey Mironov proposed to include the statement on the agenda of Duma's session scheduled for Friday.

However, the head of CIS committee Leonid Slutskiy said the problem exists and should be discussed, but at the moment the statement may harm four-sided talks on Ukraine ongoing in Berlin, Rosbalt reported.
