YEREVAN. – Over twenty people had applied to the Brazil Embassy in Armenia to be issued visas to watch on location the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Brazilian Ambassador to Armenia Edson Marinho Duarte Monteiro stated the abovementioned at a press conference on Tuesday.

“There were applications even after the start of the tournament. [But] I have no specific information on how they spent [their] time [there]. In the future, however, we may provide the names of these people,” the ambassador added.
