YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 408.43 /$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, going up by AMD 0.84 point as compared with Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 546.97 (down by AMD 0.02), that of one British pound was AMD 689.10 3 (up by AMD 3.57), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.41 (up by AMD 0.01), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 267.22 , AMD 16,945.98 , and AMD 19,237.4 respectively.

The sales at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange totaled $3.9 million at an average rate of AMD 409.89/$1.
