YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 411.85 /$1 in Armenia on Friday, going up by AMD 1.59 point as compared with Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 551.51 (up by AMD 2,62), that of one British pound was AMD 692.11 (up by AMD 1.11), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.30 (down by AMD 0.02), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 267.75, AMD 17, 283.19 , and AMD 19, 411.72 respectively.

The sales at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange totaled $7.7 million at an average rate of AMD 413.31/$1.
