Armenian-Russian businessman and activist Levon Hayrapetyan felt ill during the hearings at Moscow court.

The court is considering appeal on Hayrapetyan's arrest, while his lawyers are asking to release him from custody, RIA Novosti reported.

Speaking at court, Hayrapetyan said he feels ill, and the lawyers asked to provide first aid. The judge decided to adjourn hearing till August 15. Over 100 relatives and friends came to support him at court, and a live broadcasting was organized for those who could not find a place in the hall.

Levon Hayrapetyan, 65, was detained in a Moscow airport on July 15 and subsequently arrested. On July 24, the Russian Federation Investigation Committee brought two criminal charges against him: embezzlement or misuse, and money laundering.
