YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan issued a congratulatory address to Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, First President of the Republic of Kalmykia in the Russian Federation.
Sargsyan congratulated Ilyumzhinov on his reelection as President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE), informed the Press Office of the President of Armenia.
To note, Serzh Sargsyan is also the President of the Chess Federation of Armenia.
