YEREVAN. – The representatives of Yerevan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) handed over a letter received from Hakob Injighulyan to his relatives, spokesperson for ICRC office Zara Amatuni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
On August 7 representatives of ICRC Baku office visited an Armenian POW held in Azerbaijan's captivity.
On the night of August 8, 2013, Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) had gotten lost and found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan. The ICRC was able to meet with him only 12 days after his captivity.
