YEREVAN. – The units of Emergency Situations Ministry are working with Defense Ministry troops to improve civil defense in the border settlements, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told reporters.
Asked whether Emergency Ministry’s units have the potential of joining the troops if necessary, Ohanyan said they are in a daily contact with all law enforcement agencies.
