The Venezuelan government members unanimously resigned so that President Nicolás Maduro can form a new government, reported ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.

“I thank the ministers, who resigned today to implement the necessary changes,” the president stressed. 

Vice President Jorge Arreaza noted that this action was agreed with the president, and it was carried out to eradicate corruption and raise the standing of the country’s state agencies.
