STEPANAKERT. - An event dedicated to the 23rd anniversary of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (Artsakh) independence took place on Sept. 2, in the French city of Alfortville on the initiative of Hnchakyan Union’s Nazarbek youth wing, Karabakh MFA informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The producer Artak Herikyan’s Our Artsakh film was shown at the event.

Nagorno Karabakh Permanent Representative to France Hovhannes Gevorgian briefed the participants on the achievements of Artsakh since the proclamation of its independence and on the current situation in the republic. He also answered numerous questions of the participants.
