On June 17, NKR President Bako Sahakyan attended the solemn ceremony of opening “Parmani” educational and cultural youth center in capital Stepanakert, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

The President appreciated high the patriotic undertaking of constructing such an important for our republic center carried out by Russian philanthropist of Armenian origin Narine Davtyan and expressed hope that it would substantially contribute to the upbringing of the younger generation.

Primate of the Artsakh Dioceses of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan, other officials, as well as guests from Russia participate in the ceremony.
