STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakayan received entrepreneur and philanthropist from the Russian Federation, co-founder of Louding company Arthur Varzhapetyan.

Issues related to implementation of different programs in the republic were discussed during the meeting.

President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the philanthropist for constant assistance to Artsakh.

President Sahakyan and Arthur Varzhapetyan participated in a solemn ceremony of handing over cars to a various NKR state structures and a group of large families.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutunyan and other officials were present at the event.
