YEREVAN. – On Monday, the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia commenced its fall session.
A total of 123 MPs were registered, and therefore there was quorum.
At the beginning of the session, however, NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan was forced to reprimand the deputies for conducting noisy discussions in the NA Sessions’ Hall.
