YEREVAN. – The four non-government National Assembly (NA) factions (Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, and Heritage) will hold a rally on September 30, but it remains a secret as to the matter they will resolve with this public meeting.

Political analyst Stiopa Safaryan, who is also a member of the opposition “Barev [Hello], Yerevan” faction at the capital city Yerevan Council, expressed such a view at a press conference on Wednesday.

“On September 30, the [parliamentary] four will hold a rally to show that they have come to do something, but what? That is the question. In addition, we should expect a ‘hot’ [political] autumn,” he stated, in particular.

As per Safaryan, the aforesaid four NA factions will never put forth the issue of a regime change, and they just pretend to be active.
