YEREVAN. – A candlelight vigil will be held in Yerevan on Thursday to condemn genocide against Yazidis, participants of “No to Genocides” initiative told reporters.
One of the initiative members Nelly Gishyan said the participants will gather at 8p.m. in Liberty Square and will march to Tsitsernakaberd, Memorial Complex to Armenian Genocide victims.
“The march will have 40 participants, as September 11 will mark the 40th the genocide against Yazidis.
