YEREVAN. – The Armenia National Assembly (NA) delegation, which is led by NA Vice-Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov and is in the Czech Republic on an official visit, on Tuesday met with Hejtman (Governor) Miroslav Novák of the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.

The parties underscored the need to further deepen interregional cooperation between Armenia and the Czech Republic, Sharmazanov’s staff informed.

The Armenian parliament deputy chair highlighted the need to invigorate bilateral trade and economic ties, and reflected on the opportunities for establishing joint ventures.

Eduard Sharmazanov also proposed to start collaboration between the institutions of higher education of Armenia’s regions and the Moravian-Silesian Region.

At the end of the talk, the NA vice-speaker signed the honorary guest book.

On the same day, the Armenian parliamentary delegation paid a visit to the Marlenka international company, whose products are exported to about 35 countries.
