YEREVAN. – Armenia's commission on POWs, hostages and missing persons confirmed reports on repatriation of Armenian citizen Sargis Ananyan.

The man was repatriated at 12:20p.m. on Thursday, head of commission's working group Armen Kaprielyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“In accordance with the procedure, Sargis Ananyan has been hospitalized. Medical conclusion about the state of health of the repatriated captive will be revealed after a thorough medical examination,” Kaprielyan said.

The official once again called on Azerbaijani authorities to hand over the body of Karen Petrosyan.
