STEPANAKERT. – There can be no customs checkpoint between two Armenian republics, Karabakh PM Ara Harutyunyan said during a meeting with students on Friday.
“I rule out a customs checkpoint between Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. This cannot happen,” he said.
Earlier the Russian and Armenian officials said the checkpoint is not on the agenda of talks between Armenia and the Eurasian Economic Union.
