RA Foreign Ministry Press Secretary Tigran Balayan called the statement by the Assembly of Armenians of Europe “nonsense”. According to the statement, European secret services informed the Assembly of an agreement between the U.S. and Russian Presidents on organizing incidents on the NKR-Azerbaijan contact line this summer. Accordingly, Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents also agreed that the sides would have dozens of victims. Thereafter a short-term large-scale war would be organized, and the number of fatalities would reach thousands.  The war would be stopped by the world powers, U.S. peacekeepers would be deployed in Fizuli and Russian peacekeepers in Kalbajar.

“This is so stupid that does not even need any comments,” Balayan told NEWS.am.
