A man’s decapitated body, and without limbs, was found Sunday in a garbage bin in Odessa, Ukraine.
MIGnews reported the aforesaid citing the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs Department in the Odessa Oblast (Province).
According to the source, the Primorsk city utility service employees had discovered the body while cleaning.
“Operative investigative activities are conducted,” the respective statement specifically reads.
