VANADZOR. – Armenian government has fulfilled none of 12 demands presented by non-government political forces, deputy chairman of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan said during the rally in Vanadzor on Monday.

If people allow the authorities carry out constitutional changes, the ruling regime will reproduce itself. This is the reason the three forces, regardless of political views, united around a common idea.

“Raffi Hovannisian won presidential elections in Vanadzor because you have the will. There is no other option, but change of power. The biggest reform of the Armenian authorities was re-appointment of Syunik governor Suren Khachatryan. The higher emigration rate is, the better for the ruling regime. 

The authorities openly declare they can not ensure the security of citizens. And we, together with our citizens, will ensure their security, and we will give freedom to Shant [Harutyunyan] and his friends. Armenia will have no political prisoners any longer,” Martirosyan said.
