The talks between Iran and world powers will be held in Vienna till October 19, spokeswoman for Iranian Foreign Ministry said.
Iran and G5+1 will start new rounds of negotiations next week, IRNA reported.
Marzieh Afkham said that Iran and G5+1 are trying to resolve an unnecessary crisis but the progress is slow and the differences over some issues still remain in place.
The Geneva agreement took effect on January 20 and expired six months later on July 20. In July, Tehran and the six countries agreed to extend negotiations till November 24 after they failed to reach an agreement on a number of key issues.
