YEREVAN. – Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited two citizens of Azerbaijan arrested by the Nagorno-Karabakh authorities.

It is for the fifth time that ICRC Yerevan office delegates visit Azerbaijani citizens, representative of the office told Armenian News-NEWS.am. During the visit, the family news was transmitted.

As reported earlier, the investigation is completed in the case into Smbat Tsakanyan, 16, who was brutally killed by Azerbaijani saboteurs, and the case has been forwarded to the court. The case already has been taken into consideration.
