YEREVAN. – Time is needed to stop shelling at the line of contact in Karabakh conflict zone and Armenia-Azerbaijan border, French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud told reporters.
“We know that time is needed, but this should not deprive us of hope,” French diplomat said.
Asked aboout a report titled “Rise in Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan” that is being prepared at PACE, Ambassador Reynaud said: “We cannot express views on PACE decisions”.
