NATO's military activities in South Caucasus is a threat to regional stability and may lead to serious consequences, representative of Russian Foreign Ministry said.
“Military activities of NATO in the region and military programs that are planned with Georgia create a threat ti stability in the region and provoke concern of neighbors,” Georgiy Karasin said.
He said Russia had called on the Georgian participants and representatives of U.S. to be very attentive as this may violate the existing balance in the region and lead to serious consequences for stability, Kommersant reported.
