Addressing thousands of protesters gathered in the center of Yerevan, deputy chairman of Prosperous Armenia, unlike representatives of Prosperous Armenia, made an open call for the need for regime change in Armenia.
Even during the presidential elections, people in Armenia voted against the current authorities, moreover, for the past year and a half the republic's leadership completely failed both in domestic and in foreign policy.
“Today we have every right to demand regime change. First in history Prosperous Armenia, the Armenian National Congress and Heritage stand shoulder to shoulder, in spite of having different ideology. The country is in a very difficult situation, and therefore all the political and public figures who really oppose the authorities must also join us,” Armen Martirosyan said.
He finished his speech chanting “Serzh, go away” – a motto that was supported by the majority of those present.
