The burial service for Karen Petrosyan, the Armenian citizen who had died while in captivity in Azerbaijan, will be held on Monday in Chinari village, Chinari prefect Samvel Saghoyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Azerbaijani authorities had returned Petrosyan’s body to Armenia on October 10.

Karen Petrosyan, a 32-year-old resident of Chinari village of Armenia’s Tavush Region, was captured by the Azerbaijanis on August 7, and on the next day, Azerbaijan informed that the young Armenian man had “suddenly” died of an “acute heart failure.”
