YEREVAN. – Heritage party leader had a clear position against Armenia's joining Eurasian Economic Union, but this is not an issue on “parliamentary trio's” agenda, head of opposition ANC faction Levon Zurabyan said.

Earlier ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan noted only 20-30 people are nervously opposing Armenia's accession to the Union.

Talking to reporters on Monday, Zurabyan called on those standing against Armenia's membership to express their position by a protest action.

“If you were against the Eurasian Union, who stopped you of organizing a protest action on the same day?” he wonders. “I do blame these 20 - 30 people of giving away Armenia's sovereignty, because they thought independence was sold, but did nothing”.

He added that to date the three parties have a more important agenda, and their task is “to liberate Armenia from self-exhausted regime”.
