Russia is ready to discuss prospects for creating of a free trade zone with the European Union, Russian FM Sergety Lavrov said.

No one will argue that there is no reasonable alternative to mending relations between Russia and EU, Lavrov said during the meeting with members of the Association of European Businesses.

Russian Minister said by pushing forward Eurasian integration, Russia stays open to cooperation with other countries and other regional associations, Interfax reported.
