GYUMRI. – The French side will work to create conditions for reaching progress in talks on Karabakh during the upcoming meeting between Sargsyan and Aliyev, representative of French Foreign Ministry Eric Fournier said during his visit to Gyumri.

“The upcoming meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents is one of the priority topics of October. The meeting that will be held in Paris on the initiative of French leader is important for us in terms of creating conditions to ensure an atmosphere of trust that will enable to reach progress in talks on Karabakh,” the diplomat said.
