June 25, RA Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan received Argentinean Ambassador to Armenia Miguel Angel Cuneo.

Hovik Abrahamyan expressed confidence that the Ambassador’s experience will contribute to the development of Armenian-Argentinean relations, RA Parliamentary press service informed NEWS.am. He also noted that long distance between two states will not prevent from the intensification of bilateral political and economic relations. Abrahamyan also pointed out establishment of inter-parliamentary relations, noting that Armenian-Argentinean parliamentary group is functioning in the RA National Assembly.

The sides emphasized that the opening of Argentinean Embassy in Armenia will provide for intensification in bilateral relations. They also stressed the importance of organizing business forums to expand economic ties.
