American Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick will not participate in mediator's meetings in Yerevan.
“Because of a family emergency, I am unable to join the OSCE Co-Chairs in Baku and Yerevan. Good luck with talks on Nkpeace,” the diplomat tweeted.
As reported earlier, spokesperson for Armenian MFA Tigran Balayan said the Co-Chairs will arrive in Yerevan this Friday. They will have meetings with President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian
