YEREVAN. – There is an impression that Azerbaijani officials believe if they voice unreal ideas, they will become more convincing, spokesperson for Armenian MFA Tigran Balayan said.
His comment came in response to Azerbaijani FM's remark on Baku's readiness to start working on a big peace plan.
“Armenia and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs repeatedly stated the parties first need to agree on the principles of peaceful settlement to make it possible to work on a peace agreement,” Balayan said.
