U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will arrive in the region to ask tough questions, Gerard Shalyan, an armed conflict and strategic relations expert, stated.
He stressed the Karabakh issue is not a priority for the U.S. Referring to the recent statement on Nagorno-Karabakh by Obama, Medvedev and Sarkozy, Shalyan said: “I do not think the Presidents’ statement will bring about any significant changes in the Karabakh peace process.”
