India will open an educational center of information technologies in Armenia either this year or in 2011 beginning, India’s Ambassador to Armenia Achal Kumar Malhotra told the journalists today. He informed the reporters that the computers had been purchased and as soon as the building is ready they will be brought to the country.
During the meeting with RA Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, the Ambassador stated that India intends to open an IT educational center in Armenia.
