On July 12-16, the Co-Rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Castriot Islam and Michael Jensen will visit Georgia.

They will hold meetings with Georgian Interior Minister Vano Merabishvili and his deputy Eka Zguladze, Justice Minister Zurab Adeishvili and his deputy Tina Burjaliani.

On July 15, the PACE Rapporteurs will meet with Mayor of Tbilisi Giorgi Ugulava, Minister for Regional Development and Infrastructure Ramaz Nikolaishvili, representatives of non-parliamentary opposition, Chairman of Georgian Parliament David Bakradze, as well as representatives of the parliamentary majority and minority.

PACE Rapporteurs will also meet NGO representatives and visit Azerbaijani village Karajala and Ossetian village Kitaani.
