YEREVAN. – Summing up the last year, we can say there will be no movement in the settlement of Karabakh conflict next year, deputy chairman of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He noted that Karabakh military volunteers and servicemen ensured victory at the expense of their lives, and today Karabakh is protected by its Constitution.

“We still need normal system of government in Armenia, so that the people did not leave the country, and all the questions can be considered solved. With legitimate authorities in the country, we can safely withstand the foreign challenges, especially when no one in the world wants to change the existing balance on Karabakh issue,” Martirosyan said.
