CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Boryuzha is confident there will be an unbiased joint investigation into Gyumri tragedy.

He shared his view of the investigation in a phone conversation with Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.

Nikolay Bordyuzha offered condolences to the family and friends of the Avetisyan family that was brutally murderer last Monday.

The CSTO chief and Armenian Minister discussed implementation of the decisions made during the December session of the CSTO Collective Security Council, in particular issues related to military cooperation, situation in the Caucasus in connection with the continuing deterioration of the situation on the contact line and on Armenian-Azerbaijani border because of recurrent attacks from the adjacent side, spokesperson for Bordyuzha told TASS.

The sides underscored necessity of reducing tension and no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the conflict.
