No progress is expected in the Karabakh peace process until Azerbaijan keeps on claiming that Karabakh is a part of the country, the ARFD Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Giro Manoyan told NEWS.am.

According to him, the OSCE Informal Ministerial in Almaty is just a cause for the meeting, as the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs, as well as the foreign ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states will attend it.

As NEWS.am reported previously, a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers with their French, Russian and U.S. counterparts is planned on the sidelines of OSCE informal ministerial in Almaty, to be held on July 16-17.
