The ANM’s congress approves of the parties’ activities during the reporting period, realizing the importance of its membership in the national movement and ANC. The congress regards the ANC as a political format most efficiently struggling against the illegitimate dictatorial regime. The ANC was able to retain and multiply the movement’s potential, raise the public’s political activity, create a strong pivot of civil society, which is the only chance to restore a legitimate system, says the resolution.

The congress instructed the ANM Board, the Republican Council and all the ANM chapters to intensify their struggle, giving priority to early presidential and parliamentary elections.
