The ball is in Turkey’s court and presently not only Yerevan but the international community as well speaks about it, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at the meeting with the representatives of the “Together 2010” youth movement, commenting on Armenian-Turkish relations.

The Foreign Minister noted it is impossible not to notice that the ball is in your court, in case everyone tells you about it, even if you are a bad football player.

During the visit to Armenia, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urged Turkey to take the steps that it promised to take. She called Armenia’s decision to suspend the ratification of the protocols “very statesmanlike and very impressive.”

“And now, as they say in sports, the ball is in the other court,” she added.
