An Armenian working group, led by head of the Strategic Planning Department of the Armed Forces General Staff, is in Belarus.
In capital city Minsk, the delegation is participating in a strategic planning meeting between the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and Belarus.
The meeting is convened from Wednesday to Friday.
